Michael Tetterton is the CEO and co-founder of Key Investment Solutions, Inc., where he oversees investment exploration, strategy design, and business development and execution, ensuring every Key Investment business lives up to its fullest potential. Mike has started or acquired over 25 different companies and most recently was CEO and co-founder of Creative Lodging Solutions (sold to FLEETCOR). Mike started CLS with 4 employees in 900 square feet of office space, making $80,000 in revenue in its first year. By the time CLS sold, it had 260 employees grossing $170 million in revenue. Tetterton also founded
Home-Towne Suites (built or acquired, then operated 14 hotels, then sold the company). Tetterton is currently a co-founder of Triad Transportation.

Marsha Couch
Chief Financial Officer
Marsha Couch is the president and cofounder of Key Investment Solutions, Inc., where she leads investment strategy, financing, and audit functions — playing a pivotal role in strategy and guiding companies to accelerated growth. Marsha was most recently CFO and cofounder of Creative Lodging Solutions (sold to FLEETCOR), overseeing a CAGR of 46% since 2002, and instrumental in Creative Lodging Solutions’ 7-year Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies’ achievement. Couch is a proven business visionary with an emphasis in finance. Previously, Couch served as a controller at Hughes Aircraft Company and is an active co-founder of Triad Transportation.

Chris Tetterton
Vice President of Marketing
Chris Tetterton is the Vice President of Marketing. Chris has a background in Account Relations and Customer Experience as the Vice President of Client Relations at Creative Lodging Solutions and then CLC Lodging (a division of Fleetcor Technologies, Inc.) Chris centers his business approach on the pillars of Leadership Development, Strategic Planning and Customer Experience. Chris is a previous winner of the Customer Service Executive of the Year Bronze in the American Business Awards, the Customer Service Executive of the Year Silver in the Golden Bridge Awards and the Support Executive of the Year Silver in the Best in Biz International Awards.

Barry Brinegar
Business Development Manager - National Brand Ambassador
Barry has been active in the local business community for the last 30+ years. His career started in healthcare - first as a field medic in the 1st Marine Division, then as an RN - before evolving into medical and pharmaceutical device sales, and eventually digital marketing.
After enjoying bourbon at an early (legal) age, Barry's appreciation grew when he started spending time with local bourbon groups, including the Lexington Bourbon Society, for whom he served on the board of directors. Barry, working with other local business owners and fellow bourbon enthusiasts, quickly grew his love and appreciation for bourbon history and its production. He set out to surround himself with refined partners and industry consultants, providing insight on how bourbon continues to shape and support the local business community.

Joe Nageotte
Chief Operating Officer
Joe Nageotte is the Chief Operating Officer of RD1 Spirits where he oversees the operations and growth of overall business unit. Joe has served in leadership roles with Creative Lodging Solutions, Rise, CheapCaribbean.com, Starwood Hotels, Charles Schwab, and American Express, starting and owning several businesses in financial services and information technology contact centers sales and operations.

Don Hardwick
Vice President of Operations
Don has a diverse 40-year career in beverage alcohol operations centered primarily on Bourbon Whiskey. His previous experience included 33 years with a major domestic and international spirit company, Beam Inc., in management leadership roles as VP Global Supply Chain, VP New Product Commercialization, and Sr. Director North America Procurement.
Don holds a master’s degree in Business Management from Bellarmine University Louisville, KY, and an undergraduate degree in Biological Science from Indiana University Bloomington, IN.

Jackie Ellis
HR Manager
Jackie Ellis leads all aspects of human resources for each of the Key Investment Solutions’ companies. Immediately before joining Key Investment Solutions, Jackie served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration for Kentucky Legally Aid. Additionally, Jackie’s career has included HR management and strategy positions in automotive manufacturing (Ford Motor Company), insurance (UnitedHealthcare), energy (Enron), travel management (Creative Lodging Solutions), and dining (Thomas & King, Inc). With more than 20 years of HR experience, she thrives when partnering with her colleagues to develop and implement HR solutions to business challenges. For Jackie, success happens when the company better achieves its goals, customer expectations are met, and employee loyalty is fostered as a result of HR action.

Veronica Horvath
Accounting & Finance
Over 30 years of accounting and financial experience, Veronica began working for Tetterton Holdings in 2006. She brings thirteen years of public accounting experience, ranging from tax preparation, audits, payroll processing and monthly-financial reporting. Veronica has worked with a broad range of industries, including retail stores, manufacturing, golf courses, legal, medical and insurance.

Carol Robinson
Accounting & Finance
Carol is an accounting professional with extensive experience in financial statement preparation, forecasting, budget development and analysis, project job costing and standard costing in a manufacturing environment. She is a proven leader acknowledged for sound decision making abilities, strong analytical skills, and outstanding performance developed from a solid background in both the public and private accounting sectors.

Business Development Manager
Sydney is a native Kentuckian with a bachelors degree in Hospitality and Strategic Marketing. She has a passion for the bourbon industry, and has her Bourbon Steward Certification. Sydney has experience in the distribution industry as well as working at Bardstown Distillery.
