Puerto Rico’s pina colada goes south of the Equator with this Brazilian Amburana beauty.
Ingredients:
- 4 OZ RD1 KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON FINISHED WITH BRAZILIAN AMBURANA WOOD, 110 PROOF
 - 2.5 OZ LIME JUICE
 - 6 OZ FROZEN PINEAPPLE
 - HALF CAN MANGO JUMEX OR MANGO PUREE
 - 4 OZ COCO LOPEZ OR COCO REAL
 - 8 OZ ICE
 
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients. Serve in Tiki-style glass or frozen pint glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge or cherry.
