Amburana Colada

Puerto Rico’s pina colada goes south of the Equator with this Brazilian Amburana beauty.

Ingredients:

  • 4 OZ RD1 KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON FINISHED WITH BRAZILIAN AMBURANA WOOD, 110 PROOF
  • 2.5 OZ LIME JUICE
  • 6 OZ FROZEN PINEAPPLE
  • HALF CAN MANGO JUMEX OR MANGO PUREE
  • 4 OZ COCO LOPEZ OR COCO REAL
  • 8 OZ ICE

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients. Serve in Tiki-style glass or frozen pint glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge or cherry.
