Georgia peach meets Kentucky bourbon in a southern sorbet, mule-inspired cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 4 OZ RD1 KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON FINISHED WITH FRENCH OAK, 101 PROOF
 - 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
 - 1.5 OZ LIME JUICE
 - 1 CAN PEACH JUMEX
 - 10-12 FROZEN PEACH SLICES
 - 1 SMALL PIECE OF PEELED RAW GINGER ROOT
 - 10 OZ ICE
 
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients. Serve in a mule mug or frozen pint glass. Garnish with fresh peach slice and mint sprig.
